Thank you for your interest in Lionkru Lowchen.

We would like for you, the prospective owner, to take a few minutes to answer the following questions and to tell us a little about yourselves. While this questionnaire is a little extensive, it will help us to evaluate your qualifications to own a Lowchen and to better match you with the best Lowchen.

THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS NOT AN AGREEMENT FOR LIONKRU KENNEL TO SELL YOU A DOG. THESE QUESTIONS WILL HELP US DETERMINE WHETHER YOU ARE A FIT FOR ONE OF OUR PUPPIES. BY REQUESTING THIS QUESTIONNAIRE FROM YOU, WE DO NOT MAKE ANY PROMISES THAT WE WILL OFFER TO SELL YOU A PUPPY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE SALE OF A PUPPY. AND LIKEWISE, COMPLEATING AN APPLICATION DOES NOT REQUIRE COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE.

All information is confidential, and will not be shared. It will be used as a screening tool to properly place our beloved puppies.

Next Steps:

We strongly encourage all prospective owners to meet other Lowchen owners and learn more about the breed. We can also provide contact information for other breeders and owners that can give you additional breed information if requested.

Based on the answers provided in your questionnaire, we will give our recommendations for the gender, and temperament that will best fit your environment, lifestyle and goals. If you agree with our recommendations, we will place you on our waiting list for the next available litter.

Our wait list is not necessarily first come first serve, but rather a rough order for placement if one puppy would do equally well in two separate homes, the option to buy would be given to the person higher on the list. Otherwise first and foremost our goal is to place puppies in the homes where they are the most likely to be successful.
